Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Customer Support & Supplier Coordinator to help manage customer communications, supplier relationships, and order processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of improving workflows as our company grows. The right candidate will also help develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the future expansion of the department.
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support through email and phone communication.

Coordinate order details, timelines, and updates between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Learn and master the intricate process of computer entry and data tracking within our ERP/MRP systems.

Input and maintain accurate customer P.O. information in the company’s manufacturing software system.

Manage supplier communications, purchase orders, and material follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and create clear SOPs to enhance efficiency and support future expansion.
Qualifications:

Administrative or coordination experience in a customer service or production environment.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Comfortable learning and using ERP/MRP systems (training provided).

Proactive mindset with the ability to document and improve processes.
