Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to support our  operations by managing order data, ERP system entries, RFQs, purchase orders, and production setup. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and smooth internal workflows.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working within structured systems, and able to balance data-focused responsibilities with customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate customer orders, RFQs, and purchase orders within the ERP system

• Accurately input and maintain customer and supplier data

• Prepare and manage RFQs, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate

• Become proficient in building and maintaining production routers within the ERP system

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal procedures

• Provide general customer service support via email and phone

• Place and track purchase orders with suppliers

• Assist with documenting and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support department growth

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with data processing, order entry, or administrative operations
• Comfort working in ERP, CRM, or database-driven systems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
